Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns. Given the nature of fresh and artisanal produce, and the logistics involved in shipping to your doorstep, return shipping is neither practical nor ecologically sensible — we'd rather put that energy into getting your order right the first time.
That said, we stand fully behind every order that leaves our farm.
Damaged products on arrival If your order arrives damaged due to transit handling, we will issue a store credit note for the affected items. Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a video or photo of the damage, and we'll sort it out promptly.
Significant shipping delays If your shipment is delayed by more than 2 weeks from the date of order through no fault of yours, you are entitled to a full payment refund for the delayed items. We'll process this once the delay is confirmed.
