Shelf life is 1 week if you do not refrigerate. Shelf life of 1 month only if you refrigerate. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive. 

Please let the oil float on top till the pickle is in the bottle - the oil acts as the preservative. This goes well with everything - right from parathas, dal chawal, idli dosai and even on your toast.
