How to prepare Pepper Kuzhambu with Pepper Kuzhambu Podi
1. In a kadai add, 3-4 tbsp of sesame oil
2. Add mustard seeds and urad dal and let it splutter
3. Add a handful of garlic. This adds great flavour to the Kuzhambu but it is optional if you don't like garlic.
4. Take 4-5tbsp of Pepper Kuzhambu podi , mix it with two cups of water.
5. Once the garlic is fried, add the Kuzhambu mix. Add required salt.
6. Let this mixture boil well for 10-15 mins. Oil will start oozing on the sides.
7. Switch off and garnish with another spoon of sesame oil.
Pepper Kuzhambu ready! This stays good for a couple of days. Mix this with hot rice, ghee and devour!
