Made from soaked and ground rice blended with chillies, lemon, and sun-dried until perfectly crisp, Arisi Vadaam carry the honest flavour of a traditional Tamil kitchen.
At Vaanavil Farm, we make our arisi vadagam the old way - no extrusion, no additives, no shortcuts. The batter is seasoned, shaped by hand, and laid out to dry under the open sun. The result is a light, blistered crisp when fried or roasted, with a clean rice flavour that pairs beautifully with rice and rasam, sambar, or curd rice.

How to use: Deep fry and air fry until puffed and golden. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
