Instructions for use
- Add 20 grams of Mooligai Satthu Maavu to 200 ml to boiling water, milk or hot coconut milk or any nut milk. Add as much sweetener as required, preferably Palmyra Jaggery. Drink the porridge hot!
- Mooligai Satthu Maavu can be used to make dishes such as as kali, porridge, fermented porridge : sweetened or salted
- You can make dishes such as laddoos, upma, dosa, pudding
